Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

A: No, a property is held once a deposit is made and a lease is signed.

Q: Is the application fee refundable?

A: No, all application fees are non-refundable.

Q: Do I pay first month's rent and last month's rent with my security deposit?

A: No, in addition to the security deposit you will be required to pay any applicable pet fees and a prorated rent from the move in date through the end of the current month.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

A: You have to be 18 years of age or older.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?

A: The security deposit is refundable based on compliance with the lease less any damage outside of normal wear and tear.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

A: Please visit our Find a Rental page, scroll down to find the property you want to apply for, and click the Apply Now button.

Q: How do I pay rent?

A: You can pay rent online through your tenant portal or at our office by certified check or money order.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

A: If the owner allows pets you will have to pay a non-refundable pet fee. A pet rent per month may also be required.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

A: You will be contacted 45 days prior to your lease expiring. If you plan to move out we will need a 30-day notice completed. You will then be provided a checklist of items required per your lease. A move-out walkthrough will be completed once all of your personal property has been removed and the cost of damages, if any, will be assessed to determine your security deposit refund.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

A: The owner is required to take care of repairs & maintenance unless the damage is caused by the tenant. Tenant caused damage could be due to improper use of a component, neglect, abuse, etc.
